Colon Hydrotherapy
Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as a colonic, is a method of removing impacted waste and toxins from the large intestine. By introducing a small amount of filtered water into the colon by use of sterile and disposable rectal tubes, the waste is softened and loosened thus resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. Colon Irrigation may help greatly in enhancing the body’s ability to absorb many vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Colonics also assist in hydrating the body.
Most colonic sessions last about 60 minutes , 45 minutes on the table and 15 minutes in the bathroom. A series of sessions is usually recommended to dislodge all the years of accumulated waste and toxins. When the bowel is toxic it can harbor a large variety of very harmful bacteria and parasites.

Each deep-cleansing facial treatment includes gentle extractions (if needed), lymphatic drainage and acupressure massage, a mask blended fresh for every client, and a touch of juniperberry, coriander and cypress to support the body’s own natural detoxification processes. Depending on what your body needs that day—relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction—our therapists will customize your massage using a variety of styles and techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, shiatsu.

Thai Reflexology
More than a mere “foot massage,” reflexology works specific points in your feet, hands and ears to bring about a therapeutic effect in other parts of your body. Our therapists have been specifically trained in reflexology so as to bring about the maximum therapeutic result.
Reflexology was first developed in the United States in the early 20th century. It divides the body into ten zones running longitudinally from head to toe, and uses pressure on reflex points to affect organs in the same zone. Reflexology also incorporates the acupressure techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine (T.C.M.) which restores a healthy flow of energy, or “chi.”

Detoxifying Body Wraps
The detoxfication begins as our therapists gently dry brush your body with a high-quality tampico brush that removes dead skin cells and stimulates the body’s circulatory systems. And it’s yours to take home! Next, your skin is softened and nourished with glacial mud packed with 60 nourishing major and trace elements and enriched with kelp, nettle, horsetail, and blueberry. Rich in vitamins E and B5, the mud does its detoxifying work as you rest wrapped in a heavy natural-fiber blanket and enjoy a soothing scalp massage. After an indulgent trip to the Swiss shower, you return to the table to be slathered with a hydrating, skin-nourishing lotion made with sweet almond oil and medicinal-grade essential oils, including rosa centifolia, carrot seed and rose geranium.

Middle Eastern hair removal with honey is an exceptional technique, as well as the oldest tradition used by the queens of Antiquity.
