We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our services to secure preferred time. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee or redemption of Gift Certificates.
Arrival:
To prepare for your experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time, ensuring the next appointment begins on time.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the center or by phone. Gift Certificates are not refundable.
